We run classes both in-person and virtually. Welcome to the community!

Yoginah Space

Yoginah is your space to practice Yoga and Meditation and to sit and chill with a smoothie or tea in our friendly community space. Everyone is welcome.

The space was created with the purpose of bringing good quality Yoga in its entirety. That means the postural / movement practice (Asana) as well as the deeper dimensions. We honour the rich tradition and philosophy of Yoga from where it originates and share how this can be applied to your life today.

We run classes throughout the day, everyday, across multiple styles. All levels including those new to Yoga are welcome.

Our yoga studio in Reading is based at the back of Davidson House on street level off Abbey Street. We do not provide parking, however there are on street pay and display parking bays on Kings Road and Abbey Street. The nearest car parks are at Queens Road or the Oracle. We are a 5 min walk from Reading train station and we also have bike storage.
