Flow to Restore

A grounding, steadying class offering space to both uplift and relax. For many of us, it can be hard to switch off or unwind so we may require a different way in.

The class generally encompasses a steady nourishing flow, before completely bringing down the tempo with rejuvenating restorative postures. These are more yin like in nature, using props to support and bring comfort to the body over longer periods of time with the aim of relaxation.

This is a real yin and yang practice to soothe the nervous system, cultivate feelings of safety and deep relaxation and ultimately bring about a sense of balance.
